    I had no naked eye stars, and about 95% thin clouds, but found USA 116 at
    mag 0, brightening to -1.5 in Lyra, about 15 s ahead of prediction from
    elset above. Still I was able to find binocular references in Sge, Lyr (bad)
    and Dra.
