    I tried unsuccessfully to observe this object this morning in twilight.  
    Solar elevation was somewhat below than 10 degrees, and sky conditions 
    were not perfect but were good enough for reasonable hope of seeing it
    if it was large/bright enough.

    Thanks to Leo for correcting my one order of magnitude error on the 
    change in the flash period!  Obviously I was too tired to see what
    was right in front of me.
