Saturday night at 02.03.20 UTC #24730 #97006F was 1/2 degree above alpha
bootes, faint in binocs. While tracking at 02.04.12 UTC saw an unidentified
2 degree below track of #24730 traveling faster and over taking. Identified
as Cosmos 1627 #15505 #85011A. Nice because both were first time
    sightings for me.
Also saw Noss 1 J #08884 #76038J 2 degree under gamma lyra at 02.54.42 UTC
. Altitude of 299 mile per Element Manager.
