Today at around 10:55 pm edt July 29 (2:55 UTC July 30 ) It appaears saw a
bright peice of space debris, the following

    CZ-4 DEB
    1 26442U 99057KP 02210.14177763 .00001897 00000-0 58455-3 0 4225
    2 26442 98.4293 285.3703 0073761 199.2599 160.5816 14.41028348118597

It was bright compared to what it's RCS value is given as.

IntID/Name CatNo Source period Incl Apogee Perigee RCS
    ------------ ----- ------ ------ ------ ------ ------- --------

    1999-057KP 26442 PRC 99.9 98.4 808 703 0.0115
    CZ-4 DEB Launched (1999/10/14)

Nothing else matches the path. I saw it near ALP AQR around that time. There
    was also

    TMSAT
    1 25396U 98043C 02210.83214130 -.00000043 00000-0 00000+0 0 7430
    2 25396 98.6486 286.6647 0002799 27.3348 332.7978 14.23398647210549

in the area, but it's path doesn't match what I saw.

So it must be a good size of what's left of the rocket body, or reflects
alot of light back, at the way it was angled to me.

I was using 10*50 binoculars, holding them in my hands. I have to try and
get a mag observation next time. I was at observing site #1
