On July 17 I was waiting for a pass of the ISS at 3:41 a.m. and was using my 7
X 35 binos to locate it low in the SSW when I saw three stars (sic) in a nice
isosceles triangle. HMMM No stars formations in Capricorn like that.
Look for ISS,,, back to triangle ???
    NOSS ?? are they moving?

    Yes moving slowly.

I followed them up until the went through the tail of Delphinus at 3:42:30.

The next day I downloaded a TLE file from McCant's website and started hunting.
Using the program Traksat I soon found my answer.
It was one of the NOSS triad's: NOSS 2-3 C,D,&E.

McCants file had 12 NOSS triads listed. If looking in a pair of binoculars
from the city how many are visible ?
