    2003-029B (#27835) Molniya rocket RB 1

SCC'S ONE DAY BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 29, 04:30 UTC - predicts the decay on
    30 July, 05:02 UTC +/- 17 hours (62.7N, 63.1E)
    ascending over Northern Russia.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03210.033...+ 03210.217...
(SFX 112, ap 025 ) the decay on
    30 July, 04:48 UTC +/- 33 minutes (25.79N, 358.11E)
    also northbound over the Sahara.

BTW: Plus / minus one rev around these times there is no crossing
over North America. The "final" pass will cross SE Europe and
if the object will survive there is a daylight pass over
Scandinavia... but for a final conclusion let us wait for
    an update.
