    Hi all

yesterday after tracking the ISS I saw a bright flashing satellite
APEX - USSPACECOM Catalog No.: 23191
with a flashing period about 3 sec and delta of 3 mag.
He was easy to see with the naked eye and I think he tumble.
Is it normal or is he out of order? Images of the ISS will
follow next week after selecting the best images from the
last passes (four images from 18900 images, a lot of work).
Does anyone tried Debluring or Blind Image Deconvolution?
