Looking at http://www.satcom.freeserve.co.uk/ISSMarch30.jpg I think it looks like the solar array panels on a nadir Soyuz. Did you check if one is there? -----Original Message----- From: John Locker <john@satcom.freeserve.co.uk> Sent: Jul 22, 2004 12:24 PM To: SeeSat-L@satobs.org Cc: dsat@smartgroups.com Subject: ISS revisited...March 30 2003 2006gmt Hi all... I'm looking for a bit of help concerning a series of images captured March 2003. The pics have been on my website for some time , however today I decided to have another look at the frames as they seemed to show an "object" near the starboard truss radiator. I recall looking at this at the time , and assuming that the bright shape was the tip of the Zvezda solar panel....however after putting together a short animation , I'm not so sure. The object appeared for about 20 seconds or so , before going into shadow....and was most certainly moving "with" the station. The video is only about 60kb and can be seen here..... http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/satcom_transits/mar3003.gif Anyone any thoughts/suggestions ? ( I have checked the Mar 30 stauts report...no EVA/waterdump) Many thanks, John ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
