    launch and post-launch sequence.  Noteworthy that Stage 3 ignition and
    burnout occurs near Western Australia, and spacecraft separation north of
    Australia (in daylight.)
    
    It should be noted that forecasters are predicting a 70 percent chance of
    favorable weather for launch, and it is also of interest that if launch does
    not occur before Aug 14 it will be postponed till next year.
