    I had a pass of Cosmos 468 ( 05705 ), which I wasn't planning to observe.

I had aim at a certain area of sky, and it just happened to pass by.

I notice it was slowly flashing.

    Time I observe it, around 7:00:52 UTC ( July 9 )

The last entry in the PPAS database was

    71-114 A 97-08-12 21:38:00 RO MAG 7 CONSTANT

I had observed it, back on June 24, 2005. I can't remember if it was flashing then. Didn't keep
    the video of it.
