Good evening, My girlfriend Lucille and I just observed the NOSS 3-4 rocket recovered using Ted's latest elset. I used my 20x80 for the position measurement and Lucille had the job of following it to watch for its optical behavior. Well it had the same slow variation in magnitude as the last two observations. When Lucille spotted it at first, it was near mag 3 then it started to fade. It became almost invisible to her 8x40 binoculars. The general trajectory matched the predicted one.
