obsreduce and windows vista = works

A few days ago, I had been talking to ted, about my problems with trying to use obsreduce with widows vista. 

Thanks to his help, I got it to work with vista.

So I can measure sat positions, when using vista now.

But I am sticking to windows xp, as alot of other software I use, is installed under windows xp.

But at least it's nice I can use obsreduce under vista if needed.
