    Added to Bjorn's note about IGS 1B:
    
    Russell Eberst already reported this satellite as having a varying brightness.
    I tried to determine a period in this variation.
    It must be long as I was not able to find a full period during every
    transit I tried.
    I'm not surprised this satellite can cause bright flares due to its "rotating".
