I finally got around, to observing DSP 16 ( 21805 )
It was flashing nice and bright at 8:15 UTC ( July 8 ).
Area of sky
1 h 05 m R.A
-13 deg 32 m Dec
Flashes were mag 8 are brighter.
The sat was 1 degree west, of the position given by Mike's intergrated orbit for it.
