    Regarding my post:
    61- 28 C 08-06-30 05:30:11 BY S 10 37X Note 2
    2) Previously reported as 29250 for classfd.tle; this object seems to match
path better, though as debris I am surprised I can see it, even in a 12"
    >From what I can find on the internet, this would be the canister from the
first West Ford launch. That canister failed to open and disperse the
needles inside. There is a picture at Gunter's Space Page, but it's hard to
tell the size of the object.
Does anyone have any info on this object (like dimensions), or has it been
seen before by another see-sater? Alan Pickup discussed this a bit in 1996 I
see, but that concerned the 1963 experiment, which did work.
All I can say is, if I saw the dispenser, that was cool!
