Can only get 1.0s accuracy because the time comes directly from the fits file header which comes from the computer which is internet updated every 100s by Dimension 4 software. The time would be good to 0.1s but fits only shows to nearest second (unless someone out there knows of a fix). Only planning to do geo sat obs using this gear so 1.0s may be good enough.
