    2) Acted very differently than other sightings, with bright flashes then
    "flickering" in between
    3) Superfast, last time seen before decay 08-07-10 
    4) Counted 1/2 as many flashes as the period compared to earlier reports of
    p=9s
    5) Replaces erroneous report of this as 88-63F previously submitted.
