Was albe to see both flares from Intelsat 1R

This time the clouds stay away, so I could again observed the Intelsat 1R flares, along with anyone viewing the broadcast.

The second flare occurs around 3:30 UTC give are take a few minutes.

Nice the flare, last's awhile
