I think it was late arriving because the station had to do the debris avoidance maneuver earlier this week. I remember sitting in my pickup truck at an empty Big Lots parking lot waiting for Mir to make a late night pass years ago (the apt I was staying in was not optimal for "bird" watching), and a couple of cops pulled up and started interrogtaing me on what I was doing there. I pointed up and said "waiting for that" as it came above horizon. I had my 2m ham radio on and could hear Shannon Lucid talking to hams all up the East Coast. I turned up the volume for them (while they scoped me out for dope I guess) and they were pretty impressed. And there was much rejoicing *yaay*. They had to give me the spiel about "being a suspect should the place get robbed" and I retorted "what would I *possibly* want to steal from Big Lots" which was met with much laughter. Still, I decided on other places to curb my addiction so as not to earn the ire of Knoxville's Finest. Ahhh, memories.
