Hi all,

I send information on good satellite passes to a local radio station
and I want to check my facts on a morning satellite pass coming up in
a couple of days. Information on the pass is here at
http://tinyurl.com/2eewvvx

The information given on Heavens-Above is that the object is a H-2A
rocket body launched on March 28 2003. Would I be correct in saying
that this would be the second stage of the rocket body?
