Hi,

  After several attempts to acquire USA 198 rk, looking two minutes before and after prediction, at four target locations it turns out that an UNID
I observed near Beta Drac a few minutes before going to the first target area near Gamma Drac may in fact be 32379.  Rough position below, if it is
it's running almost three minutes early on the latest elset.

32379: 0.123 deg X-track; 172.398 s early, relative 26.39 day old elset:
