    Marco Langbroek's UNID of 2011 Jul 03 UTC, which he observed using a telescope located in California, is consistent with
    the rapidly decaying rocket body of SBIRS GEO 1 (37482 / 11 019B), for which the latest available official TLE was two
    weeks old. If so, then it might be found within several minutes (time) of the following elements:
