Observations with the WATEC video system. Our Dutch sky has eternal twilight
around this time of the year.

I tried to recover IGS 1A according to Ted's elset here:

    http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Jul-2012/0004.html

...around the same time and same FOV as the 10-046A observations (Uma), nominal
pass time 21:47:10; but nothing seen while filming between 21:44:44 and 21:49:25
UTC. I saw an object passing slightly earlier but not recording at the time, alas.
