    as always observations with 7x50 or 10x50 binoculars.
    
    I had prepared predictions for this Breez toriodal tank but there was 
    a conflict
    with a pass of NOSS3-5 pair. This object came thru the target region 
    of the NOSS3-5
    some minutes earlier and suprised me. I was 1 second late on TLEs 1 day old.
    On using Findsat to identify it I also got a hit on NOSS2-2 C which 
    was going in
    the opposite direction. Missed it because I had stopped looking!.
    I am finding significant cross track errors. Probably due to the fact that
    the  US tracking stations are observing near apogee ( about 14000km)
    and I observe them at perigee  (350km ).
