I had prepared predictions for this Breez toriodal tank but there was a conflict with a pass of NOSS3-5 pair. This object came thru the target region of the NOSS3-5 some minutes earlier and suprised me. I was 1 second late on TLEs 1 day old. On using Findsat to identify it I also got a hit on NOSS2-2 C which was going in the opposite direction. Missed it because I had stopped looking!. I am finding significant cross track errors. Probably due to the fact that the US tracking stations are observing near apogee ( about 14000km) and I observe them at perigee (350km ).
