updated Apollo tracking page

    Thanks to Cees Bassa, I was able to identify the background stars in a  
    set of before-and-after photos of the Apollo 13
    explosion newly provided by Frank Younger, taken from Mt. Kobau, BC.  
    The images and description have been added to
    my page on telescopic tracking of Apollo missions:
    This collection started some years ago, to provide something findable  
    online by the curious, since most of this
    material was only given originally in print form and pretty long ago.  
    Many people have been very helpful
    with permissions and additional information (which has continued to  
    arrive by email as new contributors happen
    across the page).
