I was seeing what would be pass by the area, I had seen the unid http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Jul-2013/0047.html Allowing for some error in time, and position in the sky. I noticed that 90077 passed a few degrees to the right, using the intergrated orbit. Considering the low orbit is in, and hasn't been seen in awhile, is it remotely possible, it might have been the cause. Just a crazy idea of mine.
