Reentrywatch has reported that the re-entry of 14037J / 40077 was seen from Australia on 2014 Jul 10 near 11:42 UTC. The
trajectory was northbound. I believe this to have been the 3rd stage of the Soyuz 2-1B rocket that launched Meteor M2.

I am aware of sightings from Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
