A debris avoidance maneuver is being considered for the ISS. The
offending object is a Breeze-M upper stage rocket body, I have been
unable to trace which specific one this is. As it is now Wednesday
morning UTC it is possible the decision will have already been made.
They are/were considering a retrograde burn (deboost) to provide
adequate distance from the debris and still preserve the trajectory
for the 4-orbit rendezvous with the upcoming Progress mission.
