Here's an animated gif of the fireball. Looks to be too fast to be an artificial satellite:

On a similar note, watched ISS pass directly overhead last night (SW-NE) and a meteor streaked by it going opposite direction. (NE-SW) Not like this one but impressive nonetheless.
