unid sat obs = sar lupe 2

Last night, I had a unid come out of shadow, and pass by. 

99999 99 999A   1775 G 20160701025931245 17 25 1754957-072950 37 S
99999 99 999A   1775 G 20160701025937953 17 25 1754545-051845 37 S

I get a sat in a 98 degree inclined orbit.

Comparing orbital planes, Sar Lupe 2 is nearby. There was also 2 Elisa sat's, who's orbit plane is nearby, but the sat was bright, so I would say it's Sar Lupe 2.
