IGS O2 (?) orbit

From the relatively accurate orbit I posted a few days ago, I determined
the intervals between the flashes (since no track start/end is visible).
They were 2.06,2.02,1.998 s on 05-22,05-30,06-07 (after next iteration).
Since 8 flashes were recorded in 16 s I assumed was 1 s after start of
exposure. With these corrected observations I noticed that the assumption
of the first double-flash image on 05-30 was way off, I removed it, and
came up with this orbit, with residuals 0.02 - 0.24 degrees.

Since the decay rate is high-ish, the orbit is not sun-synchronous, but
moving further east in the morning skies, so it is urgent that the orbit is
confirmed soon by observers in southern Europe,US or Asia - maybe even
visible in South Africa and Australia ?.

Also the 4-(8-) day nearly repeating passes in Luis' first observations no
longer occurs, and the bright flashes may be missing on the low passes.
