José could confirm the orbit on June 20, this time lower in the E without
flashing. This makes it impossible to fix the start and end of the track
but it is obviously about 7 seconds early.

I was lucky to have the elset from classfd.tle May 24 still active when I
started my search - in my more recent elsets IGS O2 is missing. Is there a
reason for this?

moving further east in the morning skies, so it is urgent that the orbit is
confirmed soon by observers in southern Europe,US or Asia - maybe even
visible in South America, Africa and Australia ?.
