Dragon CRS-12's launch date has shifted from August 10 to August 14, as the
launch of TDRS-M has been given priority for the 10th.

This shift would bring the Dragon at the ISS on August 18 if they use a 4-day

My prognosis, with some leeway given that we are almost 3 weeks away and orbits
can always change, is that USA 276 will make another close approach to the ISS
on August 18, give or take a day. i.e., very close to the Dragon CRS-12 docking

It is vital that we keep track of USA 276 over the coming 3 weeks
