Hi Ron: Twilight launches are more impressive when sunlight is shining through the exhaust plume rather than reflecting off of it. For observers in Los Angeles and other areas east of the rocket's ground track for this launch, the display should be quite nice visually, but not quite as impressive as the December 2017 dusk launch. That said, the July 2018 launch occurs during the morning commute and it may cause a commotion.
