There is the basic text (which you’ve very likely got, but I’ll not assume), which contains references to older papers of interest:

There is a Java SGP4 implementation deep inside Orekit:

For Python, just search for "Python SGP" and you’ll find it !

All the implementations derive from the one in the 2006 paper, referenced first above.
