Ofeq 16 was launched from the Israeli Air Force Palmachim Base on 2020 Jul 06 at 01:00 UTC.

I derived the following elements from Ofeq 10. They proved sufficient to find the payload in Sep 2016. I do not recall
any observations of the rocket body.

If the orbit of Ofeq 16 is similar, then the rocket body is in the following approximate orbit. The epoch is at the
first apogee after launch.

Ofeq 16 rocket body 262 X 613 km
1 72990U 72990A 20188.07785882 .00428326 00000-0 24500-2 0 09
2 72990 140.9182 20.7810 0257161 64.1433 180.3602 15.43858105 05

At first apogee, the payload should have raised its perigee, resulting in the following approximate orbit.

Ofeq 16 334 X 613 km
1 72991U 72991A 20188.07785883 .00151349 00000-0 24500-2 0 00
2 72991 140.9182 20.7810 0203600 64.1433 180.3602 15.31782000 02

Expect at least several minutes of prediction time uncertainty.
