Cristian, there have been recent sightings of TELKOM 3 (12044A / 38744), which is a well-known flasher. It does not flash on all passes, but can be spectacular when it does. It passed close to NEOWISE at 22:09:38 local time. At the time, it would have been visible only if it happenned to be flashing. Angular velocity was 0.2 deg/s. Here is the H-A prediction: https://www.heavens-above.com/passdetails.aspx?lat=41.8933&lng=12.4829&loc=Roma&alt=0&tz=CET&satid=38744&mjd=59051.84208 15283&type=V Did it have the correct relation to NEOWISE?
