Patrick already got the elsets out, but I still send my latest message with
a small comment.

The decaying Cosmos, USSPACECOM #22709, is not decaying as rapidly
as I thought before the holidays. A decay on June 9, at about noon UT
seems more likely, and that may favour (northeastern) USA, which I
completely left out in my last message.

My message (from DN Online) last week appears to have been forwarded
very late!
