Observations  22 June 1997    (Sun Eve., 23 June UT)

04:45:50  UT  Appulse of Cosmos 1242 rocket (#12155) with Epsilon
              Bootis. Mag =4. Approx 10 sec early w/respect to
              elset of 97169.177.

05:15:05      Southbound Mag 4 satellite passing near zenith. Through
              Bootes, Serpens Caput, and into Libra. Probably #16327,
              Cosmos 1707 r.

05:18:12      Unexpected mag 4.5 satellite in tip of Bootes, passing
              into Ursa Major. No identification found in ALLDAT.TLE
              or CLASSFD.TLE.

05:44:49      Appulse of #15890, Cosmos 1666 r with Beta Ursae Minoris.
              Mag 4 -> 4.5.
