MapQuest and MapBlast don't offer lat/lon.
For the US you can get maps with lat/lon information from the
TIGER map system at the Census Dept.
http://tiger.census.gov/

Other systems are mentioned at the VSOHP sites that have coverage
for other parts of the world.
