Range means distance to the satellite, and its in kilometers.
I is a flag to say whether the satellite is fully sunlit, or 
in the penumbral part of the Earth's shadow.
MMA indicates which Main Mission Antenna is being relected off,
 F= forward , l= left, R = Right
