While i was waiting for the flare of the Cosmos 2332 Rocket at 9:08:47pm EDT , AZ "South" , ELEVATION 200, I looked to the East at about 9:06pm or 9:07pm and saw a very bright flare at roughly Az 110 and alt 250. My location is Lat: 25.664 , Long: -80.3714, could someone please tell me what I saw? Thanks.
