Decay watch: USA 78 Centaur r

USSPACECOM appear to have declassified the Atlas Centaur rocket which
launched USA 78 in February 1992. The first elset for this appeared on
June 10 and my calculations suggest that it is heading for decay at
about June 17.6.

The latest elset from OIG (with my header line) is:

The object is an evening object prior to entering eclipse at about 25
deg N latitude, and a morning object after leaving eclipse around 23 deg
S in the morning sky. Perigee is close to northern apex.
