Provision of Orbital Data

The various correspondence resulting from people try to gain direct access
to the large OIG files of Two-Lines resulted in me receiving an e-mail
instruction from NASA/GSFC to immediately cease distributing these files
to third parties. That e-mail came overnight and I found it this morning
(Thursday): as a result the GD980617.ZIP file which I transferred
yesterday evening is the last one which I can make available.

This situation has seriously endangered my status for access to the OIG
data, and the Goddard files are essential for my continued work.
Therefore I have no option but to comply with the NASA instruction.
