Hello All,

I observed a bright UNID this evening.   It passed about 2 degrees above Vega
traveling L to R at 22:09:19 EDT (02:09:19 UT).   The brightness was about a
+1 Mag and remained a steady +1 mag until an earth shadow exit at 22:09:54 EDT
(02:09:54 UT) near beta Oph.  

I ran Skymap against the latest alldat.tle file but nothing was close.   If
only there were some means of obtaining a complete set of fresh TLEs.  :-)

Could this be an object from the recent Russian launch that went awry?

Any suggestions?
