Thanks to Russell Eberst for the ID. Was it just earlier this week that I
noted that NOSS 2-3 r was 2 minutes late? I should start reading my own
posts. :-)
Now it seems about 3 minutes later and about 5 degrees higher than the
predicted pass using:
