Folks,

If you have questions/problems with how your messages get out to SeeSat-L,
such as whether they have attachments or not: 

  PLEASE DO NOT USE SEESAT-L AS A TESTBED.

Just send your test-message to me, if you must. I will tell you whether
your message shows attachments or not.

SeeSat-L now has almost 600 subscribers and a little discpline from
everyone to keep the list focused is necessary.
