Decay watch: Cosmos 2358 rocket

Using the above elset from Alan Pickup, I saw this object at 1041 UT on 
27 Jun 98. About as bright as Altair and perhaps 10 seconds early. Time
reference not great due to various problems.  It was tumbling with a 
period of about 2 seconds.  It was easy to spot despite the early morning
twilight without binoculars.
