Earlier today I predicted the decay of Cosmos 2358 Soyuz rocket at about June 28.72 (17:20 UTC) and reported that the Cosmos 2359 Soyuz was running 0.7 second early against the prediction I had issued yesterday. Since the OIG elset database appears to have been been frozen since about 09:00 UTC today, I've had no further information to go on. Decay is still expected at June 29.5 (12:00 UTC +-6h).
