A couple of decent flashes, used binocs so estimate of magnitude not real 
good, went inv with the final two mins at near 5.5.



General:
Observed USA 3, but could not get a position.  Did note sparkling or minor 
flashes at an interval of about .75 secs for approx. 30". with sun angle
-26 and elevation 45-50d.
